Forced Absence is a documentary about love and hatred, greed and vengeance, gender prejudice and inhumanity, and a corrupt family court system.
For the first time ever, a feature film focuses on the emotional pain and financial hardships that non-custodial parents are forced to endure.
It took 10 years to get this movie made because there were those who fought against its funding. Now that it is completed, they are again fighting to keep it from being seen.
If you have been deprived of visitation and custody or have been victimized by excessive child support, parental alienation, false claims of abuse, Forced Absence is your story. We need you to support this movie. If you don't, we all lose. Here's how you can help:
